I’m a former IFBB professional bikini athlete who left the fitness industry to find a more well-rounded approach to health. I know what it’s like to wrestle with disordered eating and unhealthy body image—and I’m here to offer a method to healing and true freedom.

I’m a NASM Certified Women’s Fitness Specialist and Nutrition Specialist. I have a BS in Health Promotion and 10 years of experience in the health and fitness arena as a coach/trainer.

What does 1:1 coaching include?

All of the 1:1 coaching programs are highly communicative and individualized to the client. Our first session will be a virtual call to discuss everything from current lifestyle habits to mental obstacles, as well as overall goals for the program. Moving forward, the client will participate in weekly check ins with feedback and goal-setting each week, focusing on healing relationship with food and body.

What components are incorporated into coaching?

True wellness involves mind, body, and spirit- the 1:1 coaching program works on all of these areas together. We will focus on all aspects of the whole self: physical, mental, and spiritual. God is often discussed in our sessions as the source of all health and healing- everything begins and ends with Him, which allows us to separate our true identity from our physical body and develop a confident, healthy view of self. We will also discuss mental barriers to wellness, as well as learn mindset tools and skills to integrate into daily life.

What will I accomplish with 1:1 coaching?

The goal of this program is to heal your relationship with food, get away from extreme/strict diets and calorie-measuring, learn how to truly listen to your body, and find a healthy, balanced, peaceful way to eat and live. Throughout the program, you will learn how to tap back into your body’s natural hunger and fullness cues, overcoming disordered eating patterns and food fixation/body obsession. This looks different for everyone, but the overall goal is always to stop dieting or measuring calories, while still reaching your personal goals and being proud of your physique.

Can I continue with coaching long-term?

Absolutely. While the goal of the program is to teach skills that allow you to flourish on your own, coaching is a vital tool for all experience levels. Long-term coaching for accountability/maintenance is a beneficial asset to your wellness and mental health journey.

Will I have access to help outside of our weekly check ins?

Yes- I am available for communication and guidance throughout the week, and you do not need to wait until your weekly check in to communicate with me. The program is most effective when there is honest and open communication and feedback given throughout the program.

Do you offer refunds on coaching programs?

I do not offer refunds on any coaching programs, packages, or resources. All coaching is nonrefundable after point of purchase.
